For how long can I rent a locker?

Zeitlager City offers you rentals for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 2 weeks. You can extend your rental period at any time for a maximum of 2 weeks.

How do I return the locker?

Please open your customer account via the link used in your e-mail address for your account and click on the "End rental" button.

Is there a size limit for luggage storage?

The largest Zeitlager City locker is size XL with the dimensions: approx. 100 cm x 60 cm x 55 cm (L x W x D).

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card, except American Express. Please note that no cash payment, direct debit or bank transfer is possible.

What happens if I collect my luggage earlier?

You have access to your booked box at any time during your booked rental period. Please make sure to return your box at the final pickup. To do this, please open your customer account via the link used in your e-mail address for your account and click on the "End rental" button.

What do I need to rent a locker?

A smartphone, an e-mail address and a valid means of payment are required.

What happens if I forget to collect my belongings before the end of the rental period?

You will receive a reminder email 1 hour before the end of the rental period. You can extend your booked rental period at any time. If you are unable to pick up your belongings due to unforeseeable circumstances, you can pay for the excess rental period. If the delay is too long, please contact the ZeitLager City head office.

How secure is ZeitLager City's luggage storage?

Zeitlager City branches are equipped with modern security systems, such as 24/7 camera surveillance, alarms for unauthorized entry into the facility, and individual alarms that monitor your box at all times. Only customers have an individual and personal access code to the system and to your individual box.

Are my belongings insured?

Your belongings are insured up to €400.00. The stored value should not exceed this amount.
